Project Summary

In partnership with BCP Council and Dorset Council, Dorset LEP commissioned AECOM to develop an urban mobility strategy for the South East Dorset city region.

The strategy refreshes the 2012 South East Dorset Multi Modal Transport Study (SEDMMTS) and develop an updated, modern transport strategy for the region, in line with the government’s Industrial Strategy.

The new strategy, South East Dorset Urban Mobility Strategy (SEDUMS), considers all current and emerging policy, data, innovation and technological developments, emerging trends in transport and make use of the latest tools and best practice in the industry.
