Evolve supports business leaders on their journey, providing them and their business with tangible results.
The Business Growth Groups initiative included one-to-one coaching and group sessions, which explored strategic growth, funding for growth, leadership for growth, internationalisation and more.
The programme started in October 2022 and ran until March 2023, with 15 hours of contact time to help business leaders explore and reach their potential. Participants were able to:
- Develop leadership skills across strategic planning, finance, and growth
- Access specialist one-to-one business coaching
- Enhance business performance and productivity
- Reflect with like-minded business leaders facing similar challenges
