Shelley joined the LEP in October 2022 as Head of Business Growth & Inward Investment, she has extensive experience of delivery across a range of government, EU-funded and commercial programmes and a proven track record of success in a variety of specialisms including business support, business growth, inward investment, financial services and employment services. Results focussed and target-driven whilst maintaining the highest level of commitment to the wellbeing and positive experience of people (team, clients, partners, stakeholders) and the sustainability of the environment in business. Shelley most recently spent 5 and a half years at WSX Enterprise Ltd as the Programme Delivery Manager for the EU funded Dorset Business Growth Programme.
