covid-19 Support from DORSET GATEWAY

In addition to the range of government financial support on offer, Dorset Gateway has developed some other support initiatives to help businesses recover from the COVID-19 pandemic.

If your business could use an extra boost through the COVID-19 pandemic, Dorset Gateway offers additional help and support to businesses, social enterprises and charities based in the county.

Back to Business

Back to Business evaluates business health and can provide access to funding to help you improve your business. It's funded through BCP Council as part of their Bounce Back Challenge

Working with skilled business coaches, you’ll complete a diagnostic activity, have the chance to attend tailored workshops and access improvement funding to tackle the areas of focus identified.

Peer Networks

Funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Peer Networks is a national initiative designed to bring small and medium enterprise (SME) business leaders together in facilitated sessions to share experience and expertise.

Working virtually in cohort groups of 11, sessions are facilitated by experienced business coaches and focus on key areas of business development. Each participant is also supported with dedicated one-to-one support, allowing them further opportunities to digest and discuss aspects of running and growing a business.
