Project Summary:

Restoration and conversion of the LSI building to support provision of services for local economic growth.

Outputs:

  • Contemporary and innovative workspaces to encourage new business growth and support development of existing business
  • Work hub space to support new and innovative working practices, providing entry level workspace for fledgling businesses and flexible provision for individual and portfolio working practices
  • Flexible meeting and networking space comprising formal, private meeting rooms, meeting pod space and informal networking/breakout space
  • Fully networked provision providing advantageous bandwidth, uncontended broadband traffic and unrivalled uptime for users

Outcomes:                                       

  • 9 direct jobs
  • 2 apprentices
