Low Carbon Dorset

Low Carbon Dorset is a new programme of activities funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to help stimulate growth in Dorset’s low carbon economy. The programme is run by Dorset Council and Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) Partnership.

The programme provides free technical advice and financial support to local business, community and public sector organisations to deliver carbon reduction projects in Dorset.

The programme consists of:

Free workshops and technical support to help organisations identifying, develop and deliver successful low carbon projects, products or processes.
A £5.6 million Low Carbon Dorset Fund, to provide grants towards project implementation.
