Dorset LEP is pleased to be working with professional training and coaching company Evolve to fund the opportunity for twenty businesses of high growth potential to participate in a new Business Growth Group programme. In particular, those who work in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, marine, maritime and defence.
Evolve supports business leaders on their journey, providing them and their business with tangible results.
The Business Growth Groups initiative includes one-to-one coaching and group sessions, which explore strategic growth, funding for growth, leadership for growth, internationalisation and so much more.
The programme starts in October 2022 and runs to March 2023, with 15 hours of contact time. It’s about exploring and reaching your potential.
