DATE FOR YOUR DIARY! One Health 2024: We Mean Business Conference

Dorset LEP is hosting its annual national One Health: We mean business Conference at Bournemouth University on 10 July 2024 - to explore commercial solutions to global problems and increase understanding.

We are calling for healthcare professionals and researchers, environmental scientists and advocates, government and policy makers, academics and students and potential investors with an established interest in the approach of ‘One Health’ and businesses of any size who currently (or are planning to) operate in the human, animal, plant and environmental health sphere to join us at this ground-breaking event.

Building on the success of last year’s conference, the purpose of One Health 2024 “We mean business” Conference is to explore commercial solutions to the global challenges presented by ‘One Health’. The one-day event aims to look at real-world practical applications of One Health for business and to help increase understanding and collaboration. Click here to find out more and book your place.

What is One Health?

One Health is an internationally established approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of human, animal, plant, and wider environmental health. Globally recognised, the ‘One Health’ approach is advocated for by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and its international partners.
