The Dorset LEP MidLife MOT programme, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, is a pilot scheme created to help individuals in midlife (approximately aged 45 to 55) evaluate their personal health, finance and skills.

Dorset LEP are asking local businesses with employees aged 45+ to sign-up to the full programme which provides employers with a free bespoke toolkit to support their staff. Dorset businesses who sign-up to take part will be given access to a digital resource pack enabling them to promote the initiative to their midlife workforce.

The online resources include links to comprehensive support and advice from well-respected organisations. Dorset LEP is pleased to be working with the following partners to provide the Midlife MOT programme: The Money and Pensions Service, Dorset Mind, LiveWell Dorset and Active Dorset.
