One Health is the globally understood umbrella term for the interconnectedness of human, animal and environmental health.
On 6th September, the inaugural One Health 2019 conference will bring together industry and UK national centres, academia, Government departments and agencies, investors and innovators with a focus on marine, aquaculture, crops, livestock and human health related to our farmed and marine environments.
Delegates will explore UK and global One Health problems (e.g. food safety, supply and security pollinators versus pests, antimicrobial resistance, etc), through networking and showcasing, whilst seeking new collaborations that can lead to commercial solutions for these challenges.
The event will also coincide with the launch of One Health Accelerator and campaign fund to help consortia bid into the £2.2bn+ global grant funding pot.
