Nicola has Non-Executive, CEO and Executive Director level experience in governance, strategic leadership and communications. This includes crisis planning/managing and marketing for multinationals to small-medium sized enterprises, national governing bodies of sport, and government. Most of her career has been in the education and sport sectors. She has previously owned her own executive search consultancy and a public relations and events business.
Nicola is a member of the Finance, Audit and Corporate Risk Committee and the Dorset Skills Board.
