Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in Dorset, attracting funds into the county to deliver significant levels of new housing in both urban and rural settings, building affordable homes for social rent, shared ownership, key worker intermediate and affordable rent, as well as private sector schemes for market rent and sale.
His current focus is leading on modern methods of construction through manufacturing to drive sustainability and environmental performance standards and exploring the circular economy in the delivery of new homes.
